  • How long does it take to finish a concreting job?

    It depends on the size and access of the job. However, once the job has started, it usually takes between 4–7 days before the concrete is cured and safe to drive or walk on.

  • What information do I need to provide for a free quote?

    Firstly, you’ll need to know how big the area is that you want concreted. You can calculate this by multiplying the length by the width. Secondly, you need to determine whether you have suitable access for our concrete truck. If there is no suitable access, then there are only two ways to transport concrete to your house, which is either by concrete pump or a wheelbarrow. This will incur an extra cost. Thirdly, you need to determine if your existing concrete slab needs to be cut and removed. If you require old concrete to be replaced, we need to cut through this before earthworks machinery can remove debris and prepare the site. And lastly, you need to decide what type of concrete finish you would like.

  • Will I require drainage for my concreting job?

    Yes, all concrete jobs require drainage of some sort to ensure proper water flow from rainfall. Although each site is different, we will work with you to create a solution.

  • What sort of concrete finish will best suit my project?

    It depends on location. For example, a polished job is great for internal areas but not so good for outdoor areas such as a driveway. We will be happy to give you advice on the best option to suit your requirements.
